Mireille Tremblay has more than 25 years of experience in business law, primarily in securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and governance. Prior to joining Falco in January 2021, as Director, Legal Affairs, Ms Tremblay acted as Legal advisor to clients working in various industries, including the mining industry. In this capacity, she represented companies and investors in connection with mining transactions in Africa, in particular during the construction of a gold mine in Burkina Faso as well as in negotiations with the Ivorian government. She has also represented several companies, underwriters and investors in the context, among others, of public offerings and private placement financings in national and cross-border transactions while she was a partner in a Canadian national law firm.
Ms Tremblay is a member of the Barreau du Québec and holds a law degree from the University of Montreal.
